It is impossible to get stuck, because Astarion will keep moving forward and you will get pulled along after him.

If you run out of Energy, explore. Look for something that Gleams like the color of energy.

Try to keep 'His Attention' low. Do this by watching the exchanges between vampires, and interfering if they look like they might get loud or violent.

Try to increase 'Escape'. Do this by searching for things that are out of place and drawing Astarion's attention to them.

For maximum options during the game, focus on Touch with Speech as your secondary. Try to get Speech to at least 4.
